Chandler Page Named CRC's 2024 Employee of the Year
Chandler Page, CRC's 2024 Employee of the Year

CRC is pleased to announce that Chandler Page, help desk specialist and soon-to-be technical solutions and support manager, was recently selected as its 2024 Employee of the Year.

Page joined CRC three years ago as a CSR 1 when CRC's Kirksville, Mo., office was just getting started. At that time, CRC didn't have a physical presence in Kirksville - just a loaned training room at the local community college. Page took a chance on us and the rest is history!

As a member of CRC's cutover team, Page has played a major role in enhancing our service delivery. His technical expertise, coupled with his knowledge of CRC's systems and processes, empowers him to provide invaluable support and guidance to our membership. He is a great communicator, and easily makes connections with our members and his peers alike. He approaches each challenge with a positive attitude and often exceeds expectations. As the first employee from the Kirksville Center to receive the Employee of the Year designation, this accolade reflects Page's hard work and the journey of growth he has experienced since joining CRC.

"From the moment he joined CRC three years ago, Chandler has exemplified what it means to be a true team player," said Bruce Cather, CRC's technical solutions & support manager. "What sets Chandler apart is his innate ability to connect with everyone around him - whether it's a colleague in need of support or a member seeking guidance, he approaches each interaction with warmth and professionalism. We are pleased to have him as part of the CRC team and excited to see the continued impact he will make in the years to come."

As CRC's 2024 Employee of the Year, Page will receive a gift valued at $250, eight hours of PTO, and an invitation to CRC's annual membership meeting in Atlanta in March.
