CRC Launches New 501(c)(3) Foundation
Cooperative Response Center Foundation

After much thought, consideration and planning, CRC is pleased to announce the launch of the Cooperative Response Center Foundation, a non-profit 501(c)(3) corporation formed for the purpose of helping those in need through financial gift giving programs.

At this time, the foundation will support CRC’s scholarship program, a general fund to support community outreach, as well as the M.E.L. Hardship Grant, named after Michelle LaVelle, a long-term CRC employee who passed away in 2022. The foundation is run by a seven-member board that meets regularly to manage the operations of the foundation.

“After two years of planning, we are thrilled to officially launch the CRC Foundation,” said Brad Fjelsta, CRC’s president and CEO. “With a commitment to improving the lives of those in need, we believe that this foundation will create a positive impact for our employees and to the communities in which we work.”
