CRC’s Austin, Minn., facility has once again been recognized as one of the Best Places to Work in Southeast Minnesota by Workforce Development, Inc. This is the 11th time CRC has received this honor.
Recently Workforce Development identified and announced 15 companies in the Southeast Minnesota area as the best businesses to work at for 2025. Companies were divided into either small- (under 50 employees), mid-size- (50-150 employees), or large- (over 150 employees) sized categories. CRC’s Austin Center fell into the mid-sized category.
“We are incredibly honored to be recognized once again as one of the best places to work in Southeast Minnesota,” said Shawna Johnson, vice president of human resource development at CRC. “This recognition reflects our continued commitment to creating a supportive, inclusive, and rewarding workplace culture. It’s a testament to the dedication of our employees and the strong values that drive CRC forward every day.
