Congratulations to Jennifer Knutson, floor lead at the Austin Center, who was selected as CRC’s May 2016 Employee of the Month/STAR Award recipient. Jennifer received two STAR Awards cards in May: one for her consistency in monitoring call volume and taking the steps necessary to proactively manage it and another for her outage summary notes that made dispatching a member’s contract crews very easy. In her efforts, Jennifer demonstrated CRC’s values of communication, teamwork and employee focused.

“Jennifer consistently goes above and beyond in her role at CRC,” said Kerry Wylie, senior contact center manager. “We truly appreciate her dedication, attention to detail, and efforts to work with her peers to ensure CRC’s membership receives the best service possible.”

As Employee of the Month, Jennifer received a CRC clothing item, a framed certificate, and recognition on CRC’s Intranet site, Facebook page, and employee newsletter. She is also eligible for consideration for CRC’s 2016 Employee of the Year, which will be selected by CRC’s management team in January 2017.
