CRC is pleased to announce that Mary Baker-Satterwhite, CSR 4 at CRC’s Dunlap, Tenn., location, was named its February 2015 Employee of the Month. Baker-Satterwhite, who has worked for CRC for one year and was recently promoted to CSR 4, was nominated in February for her recommendations for changes to each member’s pre-paid billing instructions. In her efforts, Baker-Satterwhite demonstrated CRC’s values of member driven, service excellence, communication, teamwork and continuous improvement.

“We appreciate Mary being proactive in helping streamline a very important function of our business,” said Eric Beavers, contact center manager at the Dunlap Center. “Her feedback will help us improve the information all of our agents utilize, ultimately allowing us to provide better service to our membership.”

In recognition of being a CRC Employee of the Month, Baker-Satterwhite received four hours of paid-time off (PTO).
