CRC is pleased to announce that Trey Shelton, CSR 4 at CRC's Abilene, Texas, office, was recently selected as its 2021 Employee of the Year.
On Wednesday, January 26, it was revealed that Shelton received the honor based on his performance in 2021 during which he demonstrated dedication and excellence in his work. Throughout the year, Shelton consistently mirrored CRC’s values and mission statement to CRC’s membership and his fellow coworkers.
Shelton, who has worked for CRC for five years, was recognized as Employee of the Month in August 2021 for consistently going above and beyond with his support of his peers, especially his fellow dispatchers during extreme – and frequent – high call volume events.
“Trey’s support of his fellow teammates is stellar,” said Michelle Rodriguez, contact center manager at the Abilene Center. “When staffing is short and call volume is high, Trey consistently steps up to the plate to help. He exemplifies teamwork and we appreciate his dedication to his coworkers as well as to CRC.”
As CRC’s 2021 Employee of the Year, Shelton will receive a gift valued at $250, eight hours of PTO, and an invitation to CRC’s annual membership meeting in Boston this June.
Many thanks to Shelton and to the rest of the 2021 Employees of the Month for their hard work and dedication!
