Austin, Minn. – CRC is pleased to announce that Tracey Crews, lead operator in its central station division, was selected recently as CRC’s December 2013 Employee of the Month. Crews was nominated for the special designation for her leadership abilities and the impact she makes on her fellow coworkers on a daily basis.

“Tracey consistently makes a positive impact on her coworkers each and every day,” said Randy Ambrus, CRC’s central station manager. “She exemplifies the qualities we need in a mentor, making sure her peers are comfortable with the tasks and duties at hand.”

In recognition of being a CRC Employee of the Month, Crews will receive her choice of CRC clothing valued at $50 or four hours of PTO. Crews is also eligible for consideration for CRC’s 2013 Employee of the Year, which will be selected by CRC’s management team in late January 2014.
