Cooperative Response Center, Inc. (CRC) is pleased to announce Okanogan County Electric Cooperative in Winthrop, Washington, has recently joined its membership. Okanogan County Electric Cooperative is a not-for-profit, member-owned distribution cooperative serving nearly 3,500 consumers.
