Jules Davison, customer service lead at the Kirksville, Mo., office, was recently named CRC’s November 2023 Employee of the Month. Davison, who has worked at CRC for over a year, received several STAR Award cards in November, with the stand out cards acknowledging them for their project that greatly benefits our CSRs. The project took a great deal of time to complete and will have a positive effect on our operations. In their efforts, Davison reflected CRC’s values of employee-focused, communication, teamwork, member driven, innovation, and continuous improvement.
“We are so proud to have Jules on our team and to have the opportunity to acknowledge their initiative on this project,” said Kristy Mueske, contact center manager at the Kirksville Center. “Their work has already had a significant impact on all of our contact center locations, and we are confident that it will continue to do so as the project evolves. We are grateful for Jules’ contributions and are proud to have them as a valuable member of our team.”
In recognition of being a CRC Employee of the Month, Davison will receive a CRC-logoed clothing item valued up to $50. Davison is also eligible for consideration for CRC’s 2023 Employee of the Year, which will be selected by CRC’s management team later this month.
