CRC is pleased to announce that David Ebersole, floor lead at CRC's Dunlap, Tennessee, office, was named its November 2019 Employee of the Month. Ebersole, who has worked for CRC for over 11 years, received a STAR Award card in November for his initiative in helping solve a billing issue for certain utilities served by a vendor partner’s billing platform. Thanks to Ebersole’s help, CRC was better able to determine which utilities were affected by the issue – about double what was previously thought. In his efforts, Ebersole demonstrated CRC’s values of teamwork, service excellence, and communication.
“David caught wind of a problem we were having with some of our members using a certain billing platform,” said Kellee McAnally, contact center manager at the Dunlap Center. “He quickly volunteered to help out and was able to determine which utilities were experiencing the problem so we could work with the billing vendor to get everyone back on track. David showed great initiative to ensure service excellence for our membership.”
In recognition of being a CRC Employee of the Month, Ebersole will receive four hours of PTO or a CRC-logoed clothing item valued up to $50. Ebersole is also eligible for consideration for CRC’s 2019 Employee of the Year, which will be selected by CRC’s management team later this month.
