Congratulations to Becky French, CSR 1 at the Dunlap Center, who was recently selected as CRC’s March 2018 Employee of the Month.

French, who has worked for CRC for three years, received a STAR Award card in March for her assistance in one of the new hire training groups when the regular helper was ill for a week. To do so, French ended up working several days in a row and numerous hours, which really helped out with call coverage in the contact center. In her efforts, French demonstrated CRC’s values of teamwork, service excellence, and member driven.

“Becky consistently helps out CRC and her fellow coworkers, no matter what,” said Kellee McAnally, contact center manager at the Dunlap Center. “She is often willing to put in extra time, always without complaint. We appreciate Becky’s hard work, willingness to lend a hand, when needed, and especially how she spoils us with treats!”
