Congratulations to Lucero Garcia Romero, bilingual CSR 1 at our Abilene, Texas, office, who was selected as CRC’s June 2022 Employee of the Month!

Garcia Romero, who has worked at CRC for over three years, was selected as the employee of the month for two nominations she received in June recognizing her for her work helping to train new employees as well as for her assisting her peers when a floor lead or supervisor was not available. In her efforts, Garcia Romero demonstrated CRC’s values of employee focused, communication, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

“Lucero is a real stand out when it comes to helping her coworkers,” said Michelle Rodriguez, contact center manager at the Abilene Center. “The importance of making sure our new hires have the information and support they need to succeed at CRC is critical. Lucero’s support in the training process is much appreciated to get our newest employees off to a great start.”

In recognition of being a CRC Employee of the Month, Garcia Romero received four hours of PTO. She is also eligible for consideration for CRC’s 2022 Employee of the Year which will be selected by CRC’s management team in late January 2023.
