CRC is pleased to announce that Natalie Gifford, HRD generalist at the Austin Center, was named its February 2018 Employee of the Month. Gifford, who has worked for CRC for six years, was nominated in February for her help with a pay card issue. Although pay cards are not something that Gifford typically works with, she volunteered to take on the issue with the vendor which is often difficult to remedy. Thanks to Gifford's efforts, she got the problem corrected and the employee received her pay on time. In her efforts, Gifford demonstrated CRC’s values of member driven, employee-focused, teamwork, and service excellence.
“We appreciate Natalie’s willingness to take the lead on this important matter,” said Nancy Morrison, vice president of human resource development. “The employee who normally handles this type of issue was out of the office for the week. Natalie stepped in and handled it like a pro, ensuring a positive outcome for the employee involved. Nice work, Natalie!”
In recognition of being a CRC Employee of the Month, Gifford will receive a CRC-logoed clothing item. Gifford is also eligible for consideration for CRC’s 2018 Employee of the Year, which will be selected by CRC’s management team in late January 2019.
