Congratulations to Gisela Rodriguez, CSR 1 at CRC's Austin, Minn., office, who was recently selected as CRC’s May 2021 Employee of the Month/STAR Award recipient. Rodriguez, who has worked for CRC for nearly six years, received a STAR award card in May recognizing her for the service she provided to a caller from a CRC member, with the caller remarking on Rodriguez’s professionalism and stating it was the best customer service she received in a long time. In her efforts, Rodriguez demonstrated CRC’s values of service excellence, communications, and member driven.

“At CRC we pride ourselves on providing the best customer service possible,” said Kerry Wylie, senior contact center manager. “Whenever a caller takes time out of their day to compliment one of our agents, it’s cause to celebrate. The comments this particular caller made about Gisela really stood out and her assistance reflected well on CRC. Many thanks to Gisela on being a great ambassador for the company.”

As Employee of the Month, Rodriguez will receive four hours of PTO, a framed certificate, and recognition on CRC’s Intranet site, Facebook page, and employee newsletter.
