Congratulations to Steen Harris, system administrator at the Austin Center, who was selected as CRC’s April 2023 Employee of the Month! Harris, who has worked for CRC for seven years and was recently promoted, received a STAR Award card in April recognizing him for his efforts to ensure the success of the new two-factor authentication process. In his help desk specialist role, Harris was instrumental in preparing our agents to handle the new system with ease. He worked incredibly hard to make the transition as seamless as possible for everyone involved, working with our training department to set up two Zoom events to inform staff about the process as well as working with employees afterwards to make sure their questions were answered. In his efforts, Harris demonstrated CRC’s values of teamwork, employee focused, member driven, service excellence, and communication.

In recognition of being a CRC Employee of the Month, Harris received four hours of paid time off (PTO). He is also eligible for consideration for CRC’s 2023 Employee of the Year which will be selected by CRC’s management team in January 2024.
