Congratulations to Mark Johnson, contact center supervisor at the Austin Center, who was selected as CRC’s August 2024 Employee of the Month.
Johnson, who has worked at CRC for 10 years, received a STAR Award card in August for voluntarily coming in during his time off when CRC was experiencing high call volume. Johnson often does this when he sees a need to ensure his fellow employees have a hand if they need it. His responsiveness, courtesy, and respect for his coworkers make him a valuable asset to CRC. In his efforts, Johnson reflected CRC’s values of employee focused, member driven, service excellence, and teamwork.
“Mark is a true team player, dedicated to his role as supervisor to ensure employees have what they need when call volume is busy,” said Kerry Wylie, senior contact center manager at the Austin Center. “His consistent willingness to support his coworkers during stressful periods underscores his exceptional commitment to CRC.”
In recognition of being a CRC Employee of the Month, Johnson received a CRC-logoed clothing item of his choice. He is also eligible for consideration for CRC’s 2024 Employee of the Year which will be selected by CRC’s management team in late January 2025.
