Congratulations to Tessa Keener, CSR 4 at the Dunlap Center, who was selected as CRC’s September 2023 Employee of the Month. Keener, who has worked for CRC for over 10 years, was recognized several times in September for her dedication and outstanding performance with line crew personnel and her peers. She is passionate about her role at CRC, and that passion is evident to everyone who has the pleasure of working with her. Keener brings positivity and care to everyone she interacts with and truly embodies our team’s values of teamwork, member-driven, service excellence, and communication.

“Time and time again, Tessa’s commitment to her role at CRC shines through in every interaction, inspiring those around her to strive for greatness,” said Kellee McAnally, contact center supervisor at the Dunlap Center. “Her genuine care for others make her a true asset to our team. In recognition of being a CRC Employee of the Month, Keener will receive four hours of paid time off. Keener is also eligible for consideration for CRC’s 2023 Employee of the Year, which will be selected by CRC’s management team in late January 2024.
