Congratulations to Keri Rasmussen, service excellence coordinator at the Austin Center, who was named CRC’s January 2019 Employee of the Month! Rasmussen, who has worked for CRC for 10 years, was nominated in January for the new quality program she helped enhance late last year. The program, which is designed to be more customer focused and employee friendly, was updated in a short amount of time and trained to the quality team with positive results. In her efforts, Rasmussen demonstrated CRC’s values of member driven, employee focused, and teamwork.

“Keri went all out in creating the quality program score sheet and updating the program’s expectations and our consumer policy in a such a short amount of time,” said Michelle LaVelle, director, service excellence. “The program is very easy to use and focuses on the customer experience. She not only helped enhance the program, but trained her peers on how to use it and received rave reviews. Thanks, Keri, for all your hard work on this project!”
