CRC is pleased to announce that Jennifer Knutson, contact center floor lead at its Austin, Minn., facility, was recently selected as its July 2014 Employee of the Month. Knutson, who has worked for CRC for 16 years, was nominated for the honor for her on-the-spot assistance with testing a new interface with a CRC member, which turned out to be a lengthy process. She also received a nomination for updating CRC’s software product with member closure information due to the upcoming holidays. In her efforts, Knutson reflected CRC’s values of teamwork, communication, member driven, and service excellence.

“Jennifer is a leader amongst her peers in our contact center,” said Kerry Wylie, senior contact center manager at CRC Austin facility. “She continually devotes her time and utilizes her experience at CRC to better serve our membership and her fellow coworkers. We’re appreciative of Jennifer’s dedication to CRC.”

In recognition of being a CRC Employee of the Month, Knutson will receive a CRC-logoed clothing item. Knutson is also eligible for consideration for CRC’s 2014 Employee of the Year, which will be selected by CRC’s management team in late January 2015.
