CRC is pleased to announce that Lilly McKoy, bilingual CSR 1 at its Abilene, Texas, office, was named its November 2018 Employee of the Month. McKoy, who has worked for CRC for over two years, received a STAR Award card in November recognizing her for how she handled a consumer call from an elderly woman who was scared and confused. McKoy was unable to contact the woman’s family member and ended up calling the police department for assistance. McKoy stayed on the line comforting the woman until authorities arrived. In her efforts, McKoy demonstrated CRC’s values of member driven, communication, and service excellence.
“Lilly exhibited a great deal of compassion, understanding, and patience to one of our caller’s in need,” said Michelle Rodriguez, contact center manager at the Abilene Center. “We appreciate her quick thinking and good judgment on such a unique call to ensure a positive outcome.”
In recognition of being a CRC Employee of the Month, McKoy received four hours of PTO. McKoy is also eligible for consideration for CRC’s 2018 Employee of the Year, which will be selected by CRC’s management team in late January 2019.
