Mark Johnson Joins CRC as Contact Center Supervisor

Austin, Minn. – Cooperative Response Center, Inc. (CRC) is pleased to announce that Mark Johnson was recently hired as a contact center supervisor at its Austin location. Johnson, who previously worked at CRC as a dispatcher, has several years’ supervisory experience. He most recently worked at the St. Paul, Minn.-based Ecolab as a territory manager.

“We’re happy to have Mark rejoin our staff as a supervisor,” said Kerry Wylie, senior contact center manager at CRC. “With his knowledge of our business and his management experience, Mark will make a great addition to our contact center team.”

In his role at CRC, Johnson will manage staff, oversee productivity and consumer relations, and lead training initiatives. Johnson, who is an Austin native, lives in Austin with his wife, Debbie. They have two grown children.
