Melanie Arndt Selected as CRC's February 2014 Employee of the Month

Austin, Minn. – Cooperative Response Center, Inc. (CRC) is pleased to announce that Melanie Arndt, custodian at its Austin locations, was selected recently as CRC’s February 2014 Employee of the Month. Arndt was nominated for the special designation for her hard work and dedication during four very difficult weeks when the water pipes at the corporate office were frozen due to frigid temperatures, leaving the building with no running water.

“Melanie really maintained an amazing attitude during what was an uncomfortable situation for our Minnesota employees,” said Paul Thompson, CRC’s vice president of administration/CFO. “She did everything she could to ease the inconvenience including keeping the temporary restroom facilities clean and hauling in water jugs for drinking water, all with a smile on her face.”

In recognition of being a CRC Employee of the Month, Arndt will receive her choice of CRC clothing valued at $50 or four hours of paid time off (PTO). Arndt is also eligible for consideration for CRC’s 2014 Employee of the Year, which will be selected by CRC’s management team in January 2015.
