Congratulations to Vickie Miller, operations analyst at the Dunlap Center, for being named CRC’s September 2025 Employee of the Month!

Miller, who has worked for CRC nearly 25 years, was recognized for her teamwork and initiative in supporting a coworker who was assisting one of our members with understanding their call metrics. Miller went above and beyond by completing a detailed analysis of the member’s data and developing a comprehensive report with clear explanations. Her work provided valuable insights that were greatly appreciated by the utility.

Miller consistently impresses her peers with her deep knowledge of the information she manages. She takes a proactive approach by reaching out to supervisors to ensure they have the data they need to make informed decisions—work that ultimately benefits our employees.
