Congratulations to Adam Miller, CSR 4 at our Austin, Minnesota, office, who was recently selected as CRC’s May 2022 Employee of the Month/STAR Award recipient. Miller, who has worked for CRC for nearly eight years, received a STAR award card in May recognizing him for going above and beyond by helping out with a 911 call received at another site. Miller noticed there was an issue and handled it immediately to insure the injured person received help as soon as possible. In his efforts, Miller demonstrated CRC’s values of member driven, communication, and teamwork.

“All of our calls are important but when someone’s life is in danger, it’s imperative for us to act as soon as possible,” said Mark Johnson, contact center supervisor at the Austin Center. “We appreciate Adam’s attention to detail, initiative, and quick thinking to make sure this emergency call was handled immediately.”

As Employee of the Month, Miller will receive four hours of PTO, a framed certificate, and recognition on CRC’s Intranet site, Facebook page, and employee newsletter.
