Congratulations to Martina Nolan, contact center supervisor at CRC's Abilene, Texas, office, who was selected as CRC’s June 2021 Employee of the Month!

Nolan, who has worked at CRC for over three years, was selected as the employee of the month for four nominations she received in June recognizing her for her hard work and dedication to her fellow coworkers, often working overtime and being a great support for others during times of high stress. In her efforts, Nolan demonstrated CRC’s values of service excellence, communication, teamwork, employee-focus, and member driven.

“Martina consistently steps up when it comes to CRC and her coworkers,” said Michelle Rodriguez, contact center manager at the Abilene Center. “In the midst of our busy season, Martina’s drive, determination, and dedication to the company and her peers are evident daily. She exemplifies grace under pressure and can be depended on as a calming force and a great leader during times of need.”

In recognition of being a CRC Employee of the Month, Nolan will receive a CRC-logoed clothing item valued up to $50. She is also eligible for consideration for CRC’s 2021 Employee of the Year which will be selected by CRC’s management team in late January 2022.
