Congratulations to Becky Palacios, bilingual CSR 1 at CRC's Abilene, Texas, office, who was selected as CRC’s June 2019 Employee of the Month!

Palacios, who has worked for CRC for over seven years, was selected as the employee of the month for a nomination recognizing her for her quick actions when she alerted a CRC dispatcher that a caller threatened to pull a gun on a lineman. By doing this, a CRC dispatcher was able to alert the office’s dispatcher so they could be aware of a potentially dangerous situation. In her efforts, Palacios demonstrated CRC’s values of member driven, service excellence, communication, and teamwork.

“Becky took great initiative during a very stressful call,” said Michelle Rodriguez, contact center manager at the Abilene Center. “The safety of the people we work with is imperative, and Becky’s actions likely stopped what could have been a very dangerous situation for the lineman. Thanks, Becky, for looking out for our crews!”

In recognition of being a CRC Employee of the Month, Palacios will receive four hours of PTO. She is also eligible for consideration for CRC’s 2019 Employee of the Year which will be selected by CRC’s management team in late January 2020.
