Congratulations to Becky Palacios, bilingual CSR 1 at CRC's Abilene, Texas, office, who was recently named CRC’s October 2023 Employee of the Month.

Palacios, who has been with CRC for nearly 12 years, received two STAR Award cards in October for her assistance when another employee was experiencing a medical emergency. She also played a big role in testing CRC’s new PCI compliance product. Palacios;s contributions last month were invaluable and we appreciate her care for her peers as well as helping to ensure our new PCI compliance product is successful. In her efforts, Palacios demonstrated CRC’s values of communication, employee focused, member driven, and teamwork.

“Becky’s dedication to her work and colleagues is truly admirable and sets an example for all of us,” said Michelle Rodriguez, contact center manager at the Abilene Center. “Her attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond has not gone unnoticed. We deeply appreciate her commitment and contributions to the CRC team.”

In recognition of being a CRC Employee of the Month, Palacios will receive four hours of PTO. She is also eligible for consideration for CRC’s 2023 Employee of the Year, which will be selected by CRC’s management team in late January 2024.
