Congratulations to Darren Partin, software programmer at the Dunlap Center, who was recently selected as CRC’s May 2023 Employee of the Month/STAR Award recipient. Partin, who has worked for CRC for nearly 1½ years, received a STAR award card in May recognizing him for his quick thinking and problem-solving skills which were instrumental in resolving a critical issue with one of our members. When our dispatchers were unable to see outages for the utility, Partin jumped in to join the problem-solving team and came up with an idea. He implemented the idea and it was successful when tested. Because of his quick thinking, it allowed communication again between CRC and the member. In his efforts, Partin demonstrated CRC’s values of teamwork, employee focused, member driven, service excellence, innovation, continuous improvement, and communication.

“Darren has once again proved himself to be a key member of our team when he stepped in and went above and beyond to resolve a critical issue with one of our members,” said Aaron Dudas, software development and support manager. “We appreciate Darren’s dedication to providing exceptional service to our members and his peers, always willing to go the extra mile.”

As Employee of the Month, Partin received four hours of PTO, a framed certificate, and recognition on CRC’s intranet site, Facebook page, and employee newsletter.
