CRC is pleased to announce that Lisa Ramsey, software engineer at the Austin Center, was named its February 2024 Employee of the Month. Ramsey, who has worked for CRC for two years, was recognized in February for her work setting up a new OMS for one of CRC’s members. The conversion was complicated, taking months to complete after a number of delays. The member was grateful for Ramsey's support and collaboration, making a number of their last-minute requests happen. They commended Ramsey for her excellent work on improving their integrations. In her efforts, Ramsey reflected CRC’s values of service excellence, communication, teamwork, and member driven.

“We’re very much appreciative of Lisa’s work on this project,” said Aaron Dudas, software development & support manager. “Despite facing numerous obstacles and delays, Lisa remained focused and dedicated towards delivering the best possible outcome. Lisa is a great communicator and does an excellent job working with our membership.”

In recognition of being a CRC Employee of the Month, Ramsey will receive four hours of PTO. Lisa is also eligible for consideration for CRC’s 2024 Employee of the Year which will be selected by the management team in late January 2025.
