Congratulations to Keri Rasmussen, member solutions & support coordinator at the Austin Center, who was recently named CRC's October 2024 Employee of the Month.
Rasmussen, who has been with CRC for over 16 years, received a STAR Award card in October recognizing her for her research and solution for a ticket issue concerning a CRC member's inactive gas accounts. Rasmussen's solution will help ensure safety of those responding to structure fires. Thanks to her suggestion, CRC's Help Desk was able to implement her changes which will make a big impact for the utility. This same solution can now be used if we have other utilities that have gas and electric accounts set up in a similar way. In her efforts, Rasmussen represented all of CRC's corporate values: always do the right thing, build a better future, win as one, be the best, and make a difference.
"Keri's solution for a member in need is a prime example of how one employee's initiative can lead to impactful changes for CRC and its membership," said Laura Beavers, member solutions & support manager. "We appreciate Keri for her contributions and are grateful to have her on our team."
In recognition of being a CRC Employee of the Month. Rasmussen received four hours of PTO. She is also eligible for consideration for CRC's 2024 Employee of the Year, which will be selected by CRC's management team in late January 2025.
