CRC is pleased to announce Angela Ricciardi, CSR 4 at the Dunlap Center, was selected as its July 2023 Employee of the Month. Ricciardi, who has been with CRC for nearly nine years, stood out in July for her exceptional dedication. She went above and beyond by staying late to finish tasks and ensuring that third shift had the necessary dispatch coverage. Ricciardi's hard work and commitment to her responsibilities have not gone unnoticed. She consistently demonstrates an outstanding devotion to her duties and responsibilities, reflecting the values of teamwork, member driven, employee-focused, and communication.

“Angela is incredibly deserving of this recognition,” said Kellee McAnally, contact center manager at the Dunlap Center. “She always goes the extra mile to support her fellow dispatchers. Angela’s thoughtfulness and commitment to her peers, CRC, and its membership serves as an inspiration to us all.”

In recognition of being a CRC Employee of the Month, Ricciardi received four hours of PTO. Ricciardi is also eligible for consideration for CRC’s 2023 Employee of the Year, which will be selected by CRC’s management team in late January 2024.
