CRC is pleased to announce Angie Robbins, office assistant/CSR 1 at CRC's Abilene, Texas, office, was selected as its July 2021 Employee of the Month. Robbins, who has worked for CRC for five years, was recognized for her suggestions to improve information page instructions to help reduce errors made by agents. In her efforts, Robbins demonstrated CRC’s values of service excellence, communication, teamwork, continuous improvement, and member driven.
“Whenever we can improve on inefficiencies and inaccuracies, the better,” said Michelle Rodriguez, contact center manager at the Abilene Center. “We appreciate when employees come forward with ideas and suggestions for improvements. Doing so can save frustration not only for peers, but also for our callers. Many thanks to Angie for her feedback on improving overall customer service.”
In recognition of being a CRC Employee of the Month, Robbins received four hours of PTO. She is also eligible for consideration for CRC’s 2021 Employee of the Year, which will be selected by CRC’s management team in late January 2022.
