Congratulations to Carmen Sanders, CSR 1 at the Dunlap Center, who was selected as CRC’s September 2020 Employee of the Month. Sandres, who has worked for CRC for nine years, was selected as Employee of the Month for three STAR Award cards she received in September recognizing her for her work as a trainer for CRC’s new hire groups. In her role, Sanders consistently goes above and beyond and is a great support for our new CSRs at the Dunlap Center. In her efforts, she demonstrated CRC’s values of teamwork, employee focused, service excellence, communication, and member driven.

“Carmen is a great example of the first face of CRC,” said Kellee McAnally, contact center manager at the Dunlap Center. “She creates a great onboarding experience for new hires without fail. She inspires our training groups to be the best they can be and it shows. We appreciate Carmen’s dedication to CRC.”

In recognition of being a CRC Employee of the Month, Sanders will receive four hours of paid time off (PTO). Sanders is also eligible for consideration for CRC’s 2020 Employee of the Year, which will be selected by CRC’s management team in late January 2021.
