Déjà vu? Nope ... just another month of stand-out performance! Carmen Sanders, CSR 1 at the Dunlap Center, has achieved CRC’s Employee of the Month recognition for the second consecutive month!

Sanders, who has been with CRC for nine years, was recognized in October again for her excellence in training new employees at CRC's Dunlap, Tenn., office, helping decorate the contact center for fall, as well as receiving very positive feedback for an emergency locate call she handled. In her efforts, Sanders demonstrated CRC’s values of teamwork, employee focused, service excellence, communication, innovation and member driven.

“Carmen is clearly terrific at her job and a great resource for her peers,” said Kellee McAnally, contact center manager at the Dunlap Center. “We’re pleased to recognize Carmen with this important CRC honor. Many thanks to Carmen for consistently going above and beyond and for her dedication to CRC and her fellow employees.”

In recognition of being a CRC Employee of the Month, Sanders received four hours of paid time off. She is also eligible for consideration for CRC’s 2020 Employee of the Year, which will be selected by CRC’s management team in late January 2021.
