Congratulations to Nick Scarpone, help desk specialist at the Dunlap Center, who was selected as its August 2020 Employee of the Month.
Scarpone, who has worked at CRC for six months, received two STAR Award cards in August recognizing him for his work with remote agents. In August he came up with a valuable solution to fix an error for a software program needed for those agents working remotely. Thanks to Scarpone’s solution, a great deal of time and effort will be eliminated for IT staff and agents to fix issues on remote stations. In his role, Scarpone demonstrated CRC’s values of teamwork, employee focused, and innovation.
“Nick has done a great job with his teammates keeping our remote agents’ stations up and running at home,” said Rod Anderson, director, information technology. “Thanks to a recent solution Nick developed for a re-occurring problem, serious downtime will be avoided by not requiring remote agents to return their PCs to the office for repair. The fix can occur remotely. Thanks to Nick for coming up with a great, time-saving fix.”
In recognition of being a CRC Employee of the Month, Scarpone will receive four hours of PTO. He is also eligible for consideration for CRC’s 2020 Employee of the Year, which will be selected by CRC’s management team in late January 2021.
