Sheehan Named February 2017 Employee of the Month

CRC is pleased to announce that Aimee Sheehan, quality analyst at the Austin Center, was named its February 2017 Employee of the Month. Sheehan, who has worked for CRC for over 12 years, was nominated in February for a contact center contest she developed, a phishing tournament as part of CRC’s ongoing Payment Card Industry (PCI) Awareness program. The program identifies suspicious emails and red flags by individuals “phishing” for information. In her efforts, Sheehan demonstrated CRC’s values of member driven, service excellence, communication, teamwork and continuous improvement.

“Maintaining PCI compliance is very important at CRC,” said Michelle LaVelle, director, service excellence. “Aimee developed a fun and innovative way for our contact center employees to remain engaged in the compliance process. We appreciate Aimee’s efforts to highlight this important issue as a priority for our agents.”

In recognition of being a CRC Employee of the Month, Sheehan received a CRC-logoed clothing item. Sheehan is also eligible for consideration for CRC’s 2017 Employee of the Year, which will be selected by CRC’s management team in late January 2018.
