Congratulations to Lauren Stratton, office assistant at CRC's Austin, Minn., office, who was selected as CRC’s September 2019 Employee of the Month.

Stratton, who has worked for CRC for over two years, was selected as Employee of the Month for the STAR Award card she received in September recognizing her for her diligence in tracking down an important company package that was delivered to an incorrect address. Stratton went above and beyond in tracking down the package and working with the United States Postal Service to continue to contact the residence to which the package was delivered until it was recovered. In her efforts, Stratton demonstrated CRC’s values of teamwork, service excellence, and communication.

“Lauren takes any challenge thrown at her head on,” said Kerry Wylie, senior contact center manager at the Austin Center. “We appreciate her initiative to track down this very important item for CRC until it was found and recovered. Thank you, Lauren, for the great job you do for us each and every day.”

In recognition of being a CRC Employee of the Month, Stratton received four hours of paid time off (PTO). Stratton is also eligible for consideration for CRC’s 2019 Employee of the Year, which will be selected by CRC’s management team in late January 2020.
