Way to go to Lauren Stratton, office assistant at the Austin Center, who was selected as CRC’s December 2020 Employee of the Month/STAR Award recipient.

Stratton, who has worked for CRC for nearly four years, received a STAR Award card in December recognizing her for handling the cleaning duties at the Austin Center while the custodian was out of the office for an extended period of time. Cleaning companies are limited during the pandemic so Stratton taking over the cleaning of the main office facility was a huge help to CRC and its employees. In her efforts, Stratton demonstrated CRC’s values of teamwork, employee-focused, and fiscal responsibility.

“Lauren really stepped up and pitched in, helping with difficult tasks in addition to fulfilling her normal duties,” said Kerry Wylie, contact center manager at the Austin Center. “We appreciate Lauren’s dedication to CRC and maintaining normalcy for her coworkers working at the main office. Many thanks to Lauren for taking on the additional duties!”

In recognition of being a CRC Employee of the Month, Stratton received four hours of paid time off (PTO).
