CRC is pleased to announce that Ashton Thompson, contact center supervisor at the Abilene Center, was named its February 2021 Employee of the Month. Thompson, who has worked for CRC for eight years, received several STAR award cards in February recognizing her for her assistance with new hire training as well as jumping in to help with various IT Department projects. In her efforts, Thompson demonstrated CRC’s values of teamwork, employee-focused, service excellence, communication, fiscal responsibility, and communication. “Ashton is such a team player and her compassion and support knows no bounds,” said Michelle Rodriguez, contact center manager at the Abilene Center. “Her assistance in all aspects of running the contact center, including anything IT related, is appreciated. She’s a go-getter and does what she can to ensure smooth sailing for those around her.” In recognition of being a CRC Employee of the Month, Thompson will receive a CRC-logoed clothing item valued up to $50. Thompson is also eligible for consideration for CRC’s 2022 Employee of the Year which will be selected by CRC’s management team in late January 2023. |
