CRC is happy to announce that Tim Neau, programmer 1 at its Austin, Minn., facility, was selected as its August 2017 Employee of the Month.
Neau received a STAR Award card in August for his work with a member that had issues with their AMI. He jumped on a spur-of-the-moment call with the member’s OMS vendor and offered a solution that the member agreed to try. Neau's knowledge and communication helped the member feel at ease and will allow for better service from CRC. In his efforts, Neau demonstrated CRC’s values of member driven, service excellence, communication and teamwork.
“Tim is very knowledgeable and communicates well with our membership,” said Michelle LaVelle, director, service excellence, who nominated Neau for Employee of the Month. “This involved a new member that was struggling to make things work with us and his actions not only helped the utility feel at ease, but will allow CRC to serve them more effectively.”
In recognition of being a CRC Employee of the Month, Neau will receive four hours of PTO. He is also eligible for consideration for CRC’s 2017 Employee of the Year, which will be selected by CRC’s management team in late January 2018.
