Tonya Brooks is CRC’s March 2016 Employee of the Month

Congratulations to Tonya Brooks, CSR 1 at the Dunlap Center, who was selected as CRC’s March 2016 Employee of the Month. Tonya received three STAR Award cards in March for the response she drafted for all CSRs to use when taking credit card payments. Tonya’s work will prevent callers from saying their credit card numbers and security codes, helping CRC maintain PCI compliance and avoid having to pull recordings to remove the information. In her efforts, Tonya demonstrated CRC’s values of member driven, service excellence, teamwork, member driven, and continuous improvement.

“We appreciate Tonya’s efforts to help CRC maintain PCI compliance,” said Eric Beavers, contact center manager at the Dunlap Center. “Preventing callers from relaying credit card information not only helps protect their privacy, but saves CRC time and resources from removing the information from the call recording. Many thanks to Tonya for her great ideas and teamwork.”

In recognition of being a CRC Employee of the Month, Tonya received four hours of paid time off (PTO). Tonya is also eligible for consideration for CRC’s 2016 Employee of the Year, which will be selected by CRC’s management team in late January 2017.
