Congratulations again to David Ebersole, floor lead at the Dunlap Center, who was selected as CRC’s December 2019 Employee of the Month/STAR Award recipient. This is a two-month winning streak for Ebersole who was also named CRC’s November 2019 Employee of the Month.

Ebersole, who has worked for CRC for nearly 12 years, received two STAR Award cards in December recognizing him for his creation of a new dispatcher test as well as a detailed training manual for new dispatchers. In his efforts, Ebersole demonstrated CRC’s values of employee-focused and continuous improvement.

“David put a lot of time and effort into creating and updating our dispatcher training and testing process,” said Kellee McAnally, contact center manager at the Dunlap Center. “What David created is a comprehensive and detailed training plan designed to get our new dispatchers off to a great start. Thank you, David, for taking on such a big project and completing it so well.”

In recognition of being a CRC Employee of the Month, Ebersole received four hours of PTO.
