CRC is pleased to announce that Amanda Vaughn, contact center supervisor at our Abilene, Texas, office, was named its February 2023 Employee of the Month. Vaughn, who has worked for CRC for eight years, once again helped save the day when phone system issues bogged down our agents. She quickly identified the problem and worked with agents to give them a temporary fix until the issues were resolved. Vaughn's actions eliminated any major bottlenecks for our callers and lessened frustration for our agents by giving them a working solution. In her efforts, Vaughn demonstrated CRC’s values of teamwork, member driven, service excellence, and communication.
“Amanda continues to reveal her shining leadership skills time and time again,” said Michelle Rodriguez, contact center manager at the Abilene Center. “Her problem solving skills during times of stress are stellar. We’re so thankful for Amanda and her taking the lead and fixing what could have been a major issue.”
In recognition of being a CRC Employee of the Month, Vaughn will receive a CRC-logoed clothing item valued up to $50. Vaughn is also eligible for consideration for CRC’s 2023 Employee of the Year which will be selected by the management team in late January 2024.
