Congratulations to Keri Wahlund, help desk specialist at CRC's Austin, Minn., office, who was selected as CRC’s September 2018 Employee of the Month. Wahlund, who has worked for CRC two years, was selected as Employee of the Month for the STAR Award card she received in September recognizing her for her efforts in helping with a new member cutover. Wahlund had taken over the project midstream and was recognized by both staff and our new member for her work in helping the cutover go smoothly. In her efforts, Wahlund demonstrated CRC’s values of service excellence, member driven, communication, fiscal responsibility, and teamwork.

“Keri took a lot of initiative to ensure this cutover happened without a hitch,” said Rod Anderson, director, information technology. “We appreciate her enthusiasm, professionalism and determination to ensure this somewhat complicated cutover was seamless for our new member.”

In recognition of being a CRC Employee of the Month, Wahlund received four hours of paid time off (PTO). Wahlund is also eligible for consideration for CRC’s 2018 Employee of the Year, which will be selected by CRC’s management team in late January 2019.
