CRC is pleased to announce that Keri Wahlund, help desk specialist at its Austin, Minn., office, was named CRC’s October 2017 Employee of the Month.
Wahlund, who has been with CRC for one year, was recognized in October for her work correcting disconnect/nonpay (DNP) issues our contact center membership was experiencing. Keri noticed a pattern and, after some research, determined that the cause of the issue. Thanks to Wahlund for researching and identifying the issue as well as fixing the problem to ensure all members were passing their DNP files successfully. In her efforts, Wahlund demonstrated CRC’s values of member driven, service excellence, employee focused, and teamwork.
“Keri really went above and beyond on this important issue for both CRC and its membership,” said Rod Anderson, director, information technology. “Keri recognized a pattern when looking at problems occurring over a weekend. She tackled the issue and solved the problem, ensuring that CRC provides the best customer service possible to our membership.”
In recognition of being a CRC Employee of the Month, Wahlund will receive four hours of PTO. She is also eligible for consideration for CRC’s 2017 Employee of the Year, which will be selected by CRC’s management team in late January 2018.
