Congratulations to Dan Weckwerth, network administrator 2 at CRC's Ausin, Minn., facility, who was selected as CRC’s June 2015 Employee of the Month.

Weckwerth, who has worked for CRC for over nine years, was selected as the employee of the month for a nomination he received in June for his work toward solving issues with a radio system used by a number of CRC’s members. Thanks to the time he spent on configuration and testing of the system, he was recognized by a CRC member for going above and beyond the initial set-up process to confirm the radio system was working correctly, ensuring very positive results. In his efforts, Dan demonstrated CRC’s values of member driven, communication, and teamwork.

“Thanks to Dan’s work, our dispatchers can now communicate effectively with line crews using this particular radio system,” said Rod Anderson, CRC’s IT director. “Dan spent additional time on this project to ensure a successful conclusion, benefiting both CRC and its membership.”

In recognition of being a CRC Employee of the Month, Dan will receive a CRC-logoed clothing item valued up to $50. Dan is also eligible for consideration for CRC’s 2015 Employee of the Year which will be selected by CRC’s management team in late January 2016.
