Congratulations to Hannah Weisser, CSR 1 at the Dunlap Center, who was selected as CRC’s April 2025 Employee of the Month!
Weisser, who has worked for CRC for over seven years, received a STAR Award card in April recognizing her for the compassion she exhibited when working with an irate caller, de-escalating the call resulting in a positive outcome. One of Weisser's strengths is her ability to connect with callers in a compassionate and respectful way. Even when faced with challenging or irate callers, she consistently finds a way to de-escalate situations and guide conversations to a positive resolution. Her natural leadership and daily contributions make her a colleague we can all look up to! In her efforts, Weisser reflected CRC’s values of be the best, build a better future, always do the right thing, make a difference, and win as one.
“Hannah has an incredible ability to remain composed under pressure,” said Kellee McAnally, contact center manager at the Dunlap Center. “She listens with empathy, communicates with clarity, always keeps the caller’s needs at the center, and is an excellent example to her fellow coworkers. She is a true asset to our team, and this recognition is well deserved.
In recognition of being a CRC Employee of the Month, Weisser received four hours of paid time off (PTO). She is also eligible for consideration for CRC’s 2025 Employee of the Year which will be selected by CRC’s management team in January 2026.
