Amanda Wencl, member solutions & support coordinator at the Austin Center, was recently named CRC’s November 2024 Employee of the Month. Amanda, who has worked for CRC for nearly 27 years, received two STAR Award cards in November. With nearly 500 contact center members, handling special requests can be a challenge. Amanda always handles those requests like a pro, taking care of some particularly unique ones last month. Thanks to her dedication and focus, our members received prompt and effective service. In her efforts, Amanda demonstrated all of CRC’s values: always do the right thing, build a better future, win as one, be the best, and make a difference.

“Amanda’s exemplary performance is a testament to her work ethic and passion for service,” said Laura Beavers, member solutions and support manager. “She goes above and beyond not just to meet expectations, but to redefine them. It is a privilege to recognize her invaluable contributions to CRC.”

In recognition of being a CRC Employee of the Month, Amanda received four hours of PTO. Amanda is also eligible for consideration for CRC’s 2024 Employee of the Year, which will be selected by CRC’s management team later this month.
