CRC is pleased to announce Michelle Christgau, central station operator at our Austin, Minnesota, office, was selected as its July 2022 Employee of the Month. Christgau, who has worked for CRC for nearly 10 years, was recognized for her actions in stopping intruders on a member’s property. Christgau noticed suspicious people on the property and dispatched the local police. She kept in contact with authorities notifying them of the intruder’s whereabouts which ultimately led to their arrest. In her efforts, Christgau demonstrated CRC’s values of communication and service excellence.

“Michelle went the extra mile on this particular alarm,” said Randy Ambrus, central station manager. “Thanks to her persistence, two people were apprehended from a property we’ve been hired to monitor. Her work with the police department saved our subscriber from potential harm or theft.”

In recognition of being a CRC Employee of the Month, Christgau received four hours of PTO. Christgau is also eligible for consideration for CRC’s 2022 Employee of the Year, which will be selected by CRC’s management team in late January 2023.
