Northwestern Rural Electric Cooperative Association has used cameras to protect their electricity distribution substations for several years. However, the camera systems they were using weren’t providing the benefits they were seeking.

CRC is pleased to announce Michelle Christgau, central station operator at our Austin, Minnesota, office, was selected as its July 2022 Employee of the Month. Christgau, who has worked for CRC for nearly 10 years, was recognized for her actions in stopping intruders on a member’s property.
Austin, Minn. – Cooperative Response Center, Inc.’s (CRC’s) award-winning alarm monitoring center (central station) has added another honor to its list of accomplishments.
Congratulations to Laura Jacobson, central station coordinator at the Austin Center, who was recently selected as CRC’s March 2017 Employee of the Month. Jacobson received three STAR Award cards in March for her work during an AT&T outage issue CRC experienced early in the month.
CRC is pleased to announce that Michelle Christgau, CSO 2 at the Austin Center, was recently named CRC’s October 2016 Employee of the Month. Michelle, who has been with CRC for four years, received two STAR Award cards in October for her work dispatching emergency personnel to a house fire.
Darcy Wytaske, CSO 2 in CRC’s central station in Austin, was named CRC’s January 2016 Employee of the Month. Darcy, who has worked for CRC for 11 years, was nominated in January for her assistance with a suicidal caller, staying professional and keeping the caller calm until authorities arrived.
